Q. SHOULD YOU REPAIR OR REPLACE AN OLD APPLIANCE?

A. A broken appliance in a home will lead to two choices. You can either schedule appliance repair to try to save a little money and continue using your old refrigerator, oven, dishwasher or washing machine or dryer or replace the old appliance with a new model.

Appliances have an average lifetime. If the broken home appliance is within the beginning or middle part of that average lifetime, we would encourage calling our appliance repair company. If the home appliance is nearing the end of its lifetime, we recommend replacing it with a new model if you can afford to.

These are the expected lifetimes of every model of household appliances:

Dishwasher: 10 years
Washer: 11 years
Dryer: 14 years
Refrigerator: 15 years
Gas Ovens: 15 years
Electric Stove: 15 years
Freezer: 15 years

Q. DOES YOUR SERVICE INCLUDE A WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE?

A. Yes. We provide a warranty on all replacement parts and labor. We also use manufacturer parts for GE, LG, Frigidaire, Kenmore, KitchenAid, Sub-Zero, Amana, Wolf, Whirlpool and all other popular appliance brands so we preserve the manufacturer’s warranty. Please do not hesitate to call us anytime after our service if problems return with your home appliance.

Q. ARE YOU ABLE TO YOU REPAIR THE BROKEN APPLIANCE ON THE FIRST VISIT?

A. We can. We load our service vans with 90% of the most common manufacturer replacement appliance parts and all of the necessary tools to perform our repair service. In the event we do have to come back at a later date to complete a repair, there will be no additional service fee. We estimate we complete over 90% of our appliance repair appointments on the first trip.

Q. WILL YOU CALL ME BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL?

A. Yes. We will provide a 2-3 hour window for our technician to arrive at your residence. We understand how important our customer’s time is so we do our best to arrive during the early portion of the scheduled timeframe. That said, if a previous repair or appointment goes a lot longer than thought it would, this timeframe allows the technician some time to be able to still arrive on schedule within the service window. Our repairmen call 10-15 minutes before their arrival.

Q. CAN YOU PROVIDE A COMPLETE LIST OF THE APPLIANCE BRANDS YOU SERVICE?
